Top 20 Under 40 Winners 2025

This year’s 20 Under 40 are young, driven, and dynamic.

We received countless nominations this year from peers, colleagues, and leaders, all recognizing our community’s young professionals. A panel of judges—made up of representatives from Lynchburg Business, the Lynchburg Office of Economic Development and Tourism, and the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance—painstakingly narrowed down the pool to 20 individuals representing diverse sectors and occupations.
